Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Career Group Events is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator & Sourcer to grow with our rapidly expanding team. This position is based in our beautiful Los Angeles headquarters. We offer excellent compensation and an incredible, collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing:
- Developing a strong network of talent through a variety of sourcing strategies such as social media, LinkedIn, referrals, job postings, and more.
- Conducting virtual, phone, and in-person interviews with candidates.
- Comfortable making hundreds of calls a day.
- Planning and executing large-scale hiring events throughout Los Angeles and other major markets.
- Communicating assignment details to candidates.
- Collaborating with Event Managers to identify the right talent for specific clients.
- Maintaining databases with up-to-date and accurate information.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Great customer service mindset
- Excellent communicator and problem-solver
- Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and maintain unwavering poise under pressure
- Highly organized with a knack for building relationships
- Must be comfortable with technology
- Sharp eye for detail and precision
- Innate ability to connect with people
